2022 Annual Member-Owner Meeting

All Springfield Food Co-op member-owners are invited to gather to celebrate our past and plan for our future!
Due to the rise in COVID-19 cases, we are considering the health and well-being of all our co-op member-owners, and our Annual Meeting is going virtual again this year! While we will miss gathering in person, sharing a meal, and enjoying each other’s company, we would like to keep you informed on Co-op happenings and provide a space for your voice to be heard. At the meeting, you will receive information from the Board President, Board Treasurer, and the co-op General Manager. It’s YOUR community co-op and we want you to be involved!
Once it is safe to do so, we plan to have an in-person 30th-year anniversary celebration and co-op party! In the meantime, be sure to join us on Wednesday, June 15th at 6PM!
As an owner of Springfield Food Co-op, your voice and vote matter! You can download and print your ballot here. All Co-op member-owners are encouraged to vote, regardless of ability to attend the meeting. Completed ballots can be dropped off at the ballot box in the store, or mailed to:

Ballots must be received by 6:00 PM, June 22nd. (PLEASE NOTE: You may vote for ANY and ALL board candidates listed on the ballot!)
Please RSVP if you plan on attending–an email will be sent to you confirming your registration for the event. A follow-up email containing the link to our Zoom meeting will be sent out to all attendees within 48 hours of the meeting. We encourage you to add it to your calendar and will send out a reminder email as the event draws closer! Unable to use a computer or smart device to attend? You can call in! Details will be provided in the confirmation email. (Please note that you do not need to fill out more than one RSVP per household membership. An error message will pop up if more than one RSVP is submitted with the same email. Please make sure to check your spam/junk folder for our email if you do not see it at first.)
