Current Process for Ordering:
1. Place your order here (our online order form). Using this form helps us to be more efficient with our curbside pick-up process.
2. We will send you a confirmation via email. Please allow us 2 hours to do so. Please make sure to check your spam folder for the email.
3. We will call you to let you know when your order should be ready for pick-up and to get your payment information.
4. When you come to the store, someone will be out to greet you and get your name.
5. We’ll deliver your groceries to your vehicle along with your initial order, payment information, and receipts.
Orders may be placed via our website at any time. We process orders:
– 8AM-2PM, Monday through Friday
– 8AM-12PM on Saturdays
– Closed on Sundays
Orders must be picked up no later than 6PM. Orders received after 2PM will be processed the following day. No more than 20 items can be placed at this time.

How do I place an order?

Is there an additional fee for curbside pick-up?
No! As always, it is a privilege to be here with you and serving our community. Thank you for your continued support.
Is there a limit to what I can order?
Yes, we ask that you keep the order to 20 items or less.
If I want 6 apples, will that count as 6 items towards the 20 item limit?
No! Like items will count as 1 item.
Can I place my order anytime or only during store hours?
You can place your order via the form here anytime. It is helpful for you to place your order as soon as possible–even days in advance. We will not begin processing orders until 8AM each day, and cannot process orders that come in after 2PM until the following day.
How do I pay for my order?
You may still pay with cash, check, credit card, or EBT. In addition, members may choose to call the store and purchase a gift card that will be attached to your account. Non-members may purchase a physical gift card. We will call you to confirm your order time and get payment information.
What happens with my credit card or EBT information?
All information is given to you when you pick-up your order. We do not copy or retain any information.
How will I know what is available and in stock?

How long will it take to get my order?
It is our hope to fill all orders on the day they are received, unless you schedule your pick-up day for a later date. We will call you to coordinate a pick-up time.
Will we still be able to get food from the deli? Will there still be a daily menu?
Yes, our meals department will continue to make delicious food, and we will continue posting the menu. Watch Facebook and the site for specials! All food from the deli is currently wrapped or packaged for your safety. Soup is now available either cold or frozen.
What about Muffin Monday? Senior Discount Day? Bulk Thursday?
We have no plans to change these Ways to Save programs. Co-op shoppers over the age of 65 may indicate that they wish to participate in Senior Discount Day savings (5% off regularly priced items on Tuesdays) when they place their curbside orders.
