Ron’s Tomato Basil Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 28 oz cans of diced tomatoes
  • 1 8 oz can of tomato sauce
  • 1 Medium onion diced
  • 1 Large carrot diced
  • ½ Cup diced celery
  • 16 oz of heavy cream
  • ½ a bunch of basil
  • 16 oz of vegetable stock
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of Garlic n Herb seasoning

Instructions

  1. Dice up the carrot, onion, and celery and add to large pot, sauté until soft.
  2. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and vegetable stock, bring to boil and simmer for 45 minutes.
  3. Add salt, pepper, and Garlic n Herb seasoning.
  4. Add heavy cream before serving.
