Ashley's Juice of the Week-The Green Machine

This is one of Ashley's regular juices...she says it's great for an energy boost and can help with migraines. It offers a full day's serving of fruit, and close to a full day's serving of veg. You can substitute romaine for the kale and use more or less ginger for your taste.

Ingredients

  • 4-6 Leaves Green of Lacinato Kale
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/4 Pineapple
  • 2 Pears
  • 1 Apple
  • 4 Stalks Celery
  • 1 Inch Ginger Root more or less
