  • 2 Carrots Peeled
  • 2 handsful Spinach
  • 1 Tbls Ginger Root Grated
  • 8 oz Water

  1. Add liquid and carrots to blender, then soft fruit and ginger: blend. Add Spinach and blend until smooth.
