How do I place an order?

Is there an additional fee for curbside pick-up?
No! As always, it is a privilege to be here with you and serving our community. Thank you for your continued support.
Can I place my order anytime or only during store hours?
Orders may be placed here at any time. We process orders:
– 8AM-2PM, Monday through Friday
– 8AM-12PM on Saturdays
– Closed on Sundays
Orders must be picked up no later than 6PM. Orders received after 2PM will be processed the following day.
It is helpful for you to place your order as soon as possible–even days in advance.
Is there a limit to what I can order?
Yes, we ask that you keep the order to 20 items or less.
If I want 6 apples, will that count as 6 items?
No! Like items will count as 1 item.
Why are we limited to 20 items?
Limiting your order to 20 items or less ensures that we are able to process the ~ 150 orders we are receiving each day.
How do I pay for my order?
You may still pay with cash, check, credit card and EBT. In addition, members may choose to call the store and purchase a gift card that will be attached to your account. Non-members may purchase a physical gift card.
What happens with my credit card information?
All information is given to you when you pick-up your order. Unless you specify otherwise, we do not copy or retain credit card information.
How will I know what is available and in stock?

How long will it take to get my order?
It is our hope to fill all orders on the day they are received. We will call you to set up a pick up time.
Will we still be able to get food from the deli?
Soups are available either fresh or frozen. Muffins are made on specific weekdays. The deli team is also working to provide certain specials such as whole chickens, or quiche. Please check our Facebook page for the current soups, specials and muffins.
Can you provide me with a total of my order when you call for payment information?
Unfortunately, we are unable to total your order prior to getting your payment information. We are not able to “hold” orders in our system while waiting for payment information. We are currently processing up to 160 orders per day making that an impossibility. We continue to look for ways to increase our efficiency.
How can I ensure as little contact as possible?
We will come out to greet every customer and get your name. If you do not wish to roll down your windows, please write your name on a piece of paper and place in your window. Your grocery order will be on the table in front of the store.
Will you make substitutions to my order for any out of stock items?
We will no longer be making any substitutions unless you give a specific preferred substitution, e.g. lacinata kale may be substituted for green kale.
Do you take returns?
At this time, we are unable to take returns once they have left the co-op.
Do you still take milk bottles back for credit?
We have made the commitment to support Strafford Organic Creamery by continuing to take back milk bottles. Please indicate on your order form that you have bottles and the quantity that you will be returning. We can only take clean glass bottles from Strafford Organic Creamery.
