2021 Member-Owner Annual Meeting

All Springfield Food Co-op member-owners are invited to gather to celebrate our past and plan for our future!

Our Annual Meeting is going virtual again this year. While we will miss gathering in person, sharing a meal, and enjoying each other’s company, we would like to keep you informed on Co-op happenings and provide a space for your voice to be heard. You’ll receive information from the board President, board treasurer, and the GM!

It’s your community co-op and we want you to be involved! Gathering capacity restrictions were lifted too recently in order for us to plan an in-person event. Please join us in October for Co-op Month to celebrate the new store and the past year together, in person.

As an owner of Springfield Food Co-op, your voice and vote matter! You can download and print your ballot here. Completed ballots can be dropped off at the co-op ballot box:

Ballots must be received by 6:00 PM, June 30th. (PLEASE NOTE: You may vote for ANY and ALL board candidates listed on the ballot!)

Please RSVP if you plan on attending–an email will be sent to you confirming your registration for the event. A follow-up email containing the link to our Zoom meeting will be sent out to all attendees within 48 hours of the meeting. We encourage you to add it to your calendar and will send out a reminder email as the event draws closer! Unable to use a computer or smart device to attend? You can call in! Details will be provided in the confirmation email. (Please note that you do not need to fill out more than one RSVP per household membership. An error message will pop up if more than one RSVP is submitted with the same email. Please make sure to check your spam/junk folder for our email if you do not see it at first.)
