Wellness Manager

If wellness is your passion, we want you on our team! Springfield Food Co-op is looking for a full-time Wellness Manager to join our management team. We are looking for candidates with deep knowledge of holistic health, including vitamins, herbs, supplements, teas, probiotics, etc. This candidate will provide top-notch customer service to a customer base that expects to find their holistic health supports here.

The ideal candidate:

·         Management experience in a retail environment

·         Understanding of natural medicine

·         Self-motivated, creative, hard-working, clean, and organized

·         Financially literate: pricing, margin management, inventory management, and labor budgeting

·         Customer service experience: working directly with customers to help them find what they need, answer questions

·         Excellent communication skills

We are a member-owned food Co-op located in Southern Vermont. Our wellness department serves people from all surrounding towns and is considered a valuable resource by area medical professionals. We aim to provide the best customer service while helping customers meet their wellness needs.

The Springfield Food Co-op has been a community staple for over 25 years. We provide healthy, natural affordable grocery, wellness, fresh produce, meats, and deli items. We are member-owned over (2100 members), and we serve anyone who walks through the doors. We support the local economy with excellent jobs, fair prices to local farmers and vendors, accessible food options, and community giving.
